    Kia ora koutou,

Am heading off to the USA soon for G2G Ultra, my 6th race out of #8raceson8continents. Have had some amazingly generous donations come through, especially after the RNZ feature by Mihingarangi Forbes and Eugene Bingham, ngā mihi nui. Read/watch here: https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/in-depth/527954/how-emergency-doctor-inia-raumati-beat-racism-i-just-keep-going

Feeling a bit unwell at the moment unfortunately but hopefully will be better before I get on the plane. Thanks again everyone – best way to keep up to date with the running will be Instagram @ultramaoridoctor

    Ngā mihi

Ultra Race Romania was awesome, a very challenging race with a surprising amount of elevation. But the crew were great and the missus and I enjoyed our time in Romania. Highly recommend the race for anyone looking for their first multi-stage 👍🏾

So far I have run over 1200kms this year, and ticked off these 250km self-supported races:

    1. Southern Lakes Ultra

    2. Namib Race

    3. Jungle Ultra

    4. Gobi March

    5. Ultra Race Romania

Off to the USA next month (Vegas baby!) for Grand2Grand, will try not to tread on any rattlesnakes 😂

Thanks everyone who has donated, we really appreciate it. We have been in touch with a few schools to get our first batch of rangatahi on board so please keep spreading the word 🙌🏻

    Ngā mihi

    Kia ora koutou,

Thank you everyone who has donated, I really appreciate it.

Have ticked off 4 races and approx 1000km now, and am off to Romania for race 5 in about 10 days.

This cause is close to my heart and I will keep at my mission and hope that the kaupapa will speak to others as well. If you are keen to help nurture rangatahi, donate your skills, or come along for a run, please let me know.

    Ngā mihi nui,

    Inia
