Kicking Shame to the Curb

I have been enjoying working with some of the children from our school over the last month. We have been looking at the whole concept of vulnerability and how shame impacts and causes emotional outbursts that get them in trouble. The more I go on in this work with children the more I see the need to address Shame and vulnerability and how vulnerability opens doors and opportunities and shame causes disconnection and pigeon holes our children with labels that constrain them.
