    Hi everyone,

    Thank you so much for offering your support and donations towards Fable who has now had most of her air slowly reabsorbed into her over time, though there is still some left.

    Kitten unfortunately has been prescribed by the vet lots of rest in her playpen for the next few weeks or until all the air is noticeably gone. However she is getting plenty of cuddles despite this and is eager and active for playtime again. We look forward to being able to give her playtime outside of the pen again soon.

    PS: I have enclosed a photo of Fable looking innocent after she put her mouse toy into her litter box.

  • UPDATE: Fable is on the mend

    Hi everyone!

    I just wanted to update you all. We have taken Fable to the vet again and she has had her cone removed as well as her stitch from her spay surgery. She is still a little inflated, but she has lost much of her air so far. The Vet has advised us to stay vigilant and make sure she stays bed rested for the next two months and to let them know if there is any progress in that time.

    Thank you to so many of you who have given donations so far. We have been absolutely floored by the generosity of so many people who have helped pitch in to help Fable.

    Whilst we do not know the full extent of her recovery and whether she will still need surgery, we will continue to accept donations for Fable. We are hoping that she will soon be on the mend.
