I cant run on an empty belly, how can a future generation grow and thrive if they are hungry

NZ is supposed to be the land of milk and honey, for 100,000+ kids, many have never tasted honey and/or real milk, and go hungry for whatever reason
As a Dad with a young boy, this has come to my attention and I will be fundraising to support multiple charities who focus on helping kids that go hungry. In NZ there is no need for kids to go hungry. They are our future generations, and hunger in not something they need to deal with on a daily basis. When I run, I cant run on an empty belly, and often think of kids who arent getting the nutrition and support they need.
My record breaking attempt is to help bring awareness to the issue of child poverty. This will be one of many events over the next few years that my supporters can donate to.

Big Big THANKYOU to you all 1 July 2019
Hi everyone, Curly here. A huge thankyou to you all for donating to my kiwikidsok cause.
I may not of been successful with record attempt run for the lenght of NZ but because of all your donations I was very successful with the money raised. Along with roadside donations the final total raised was $2455 which is great.
I will be giving this money to a daycare center up in Kaitaia in northland so they can buy food for the kids that arrive with empty tummies.
