Kiwis can FLY! In October NZs best ultra-distance runners will compete against the world in the Backyard Ultra World Sat Champs

NZ has some of the best Ultra Distance runners in the world.

In October, our team of 15 Backyard Ultra Runners will begin running 6.7km on the hour, every hour against the best from across the globe as part of the World Backyard Ultra Satellite Champs. With a clear goal and possibility of an outright win on the world-stage, the NZ Team need your support to make the event a success.

We are seeking contributions to cover the athletes cost of travel and accommodation as they come to Hawke's Bay to run a real real real long way. Funds raised will be split evenly amongst the team of 15 and go directly to costs for flights, rental cars and motel accommodation. The entire event makes no profit with all event running costs covered by sponsorship/donations or the event organisers themselves.
