Koha for Ronald Haitana (Knife)'s send off and his whanau
Invercargill, Southland
Kia Ora friends & whanau,
As many of you are aware, we are grieving the loss of Uncle Ronald (affectionately known as "Knife") this week after his courageous battle with cancer. Ronald was not just a father to Jason, Stacey, and Troy, but a cherished brother to many, loving husband to Jan and a beloved koro. His passing has left a void in our hearts that will be impossible to fill.
Ronald was a true legend of the south, renowned for his shearing skills, mastery of hangi making, and his knack for growing and hunting his own food. He poured his heart and soul into providing for his whanau, and his dedication knew no bounds.
During this incredibly tough time, we are coming together to support Jason and Troy as they navigate the challenges ahead. As we mourn Uncle Knife's passing, we also want to ensure that his farewell is a fitting tribute to the incredible man he was.
We understand that times are tough for many, but any contribution, whether big or small, will make a meaningful difference in helping us cover the expenses associated with Uncle Ronald's funeral and honoring his memory.
Funeral expenses, assisting Troy & Jason with upcoming financial pressures due to taking time off to care for their dad.
