On Thursday the 30 July 2015 Kelly was sentenced to two years jail on cannabis charges. She is appealing the sentence.

Kelly is an amazingly active and positive member of the Kaikohe community. The sentence is completely disproportionate to the charge. She was busted through circumstance and not because there were complaints laid to the police. Money collected will be forwarded to her mum Jill to help the family with costs and to help fund the legal appeal.

travesty's like this need to stood up against , public support showing our disgust at the current stupidity of our Govt and lawmakers(breakers) is an important part of this fight for common sense, decency and justice
