Emergency fund for Leticia & Ben

Leticia & Bens house was destroyed last night (29/12) by an explosion/fire.

All people in the property managed to evacuate, however Ben received extensive burns and is currently being treated in Waikato Hospital.

This fund is to help them both with immediate emergency expenses; clothing, accomodation, travel etc

Use of funds

It is my understanding that Ben holds a contents insurance policy, any funds raised are intended to help them both through the interim period of recovery, and to subsidise any insurance deficit.

Fund Management 7 January 2021

Due to the large amount of donations and growth of this Give a Little fund, it will now be managed as a trust fund by a nominated Chartered Accountant. As well as covering immediate emergency expenses, funds will also be allocated to Ben’s recovery needs, and any additional housing needs.
