Let’s get Raiha to Canada for the Heal your spirit worldwide conference

Kia ora my name is Cautney -

My daughter Raiha who is 9 attends kura Taiao , has been invited to attend a healing our spirit worldwide conference with the kura Taiao and 2 other kids to support the korero of Erina Barton-Wehi.

Raiha will have the opportunity to experience indigenous and native korero in Canada , but also listen to the perspective of others from all around the world .

At her age, we believe it’s such an opportunity, to help open her mind , and allow her to grow. One day she will have the ability to make sensible, justified and rational decisions based on all aspects of her knowledge.

Kura Taiao is a place where Raiha learns how to live off the land, diving , hunting, Rongoā , gardening, maramataka and much more .

We have been learning Rongoā for about 4 years now with Titoki - Donna Kerridge and Pa Ropata

This is the conference that we would like to attend HEALING OUR SPIRIT worldwide in Canada September 11-14th 2023 alongside Erina Barton-Wehi and our kura Taiao

As I am a homeschooling mama that teaches my girl Rongoā , we need to fundraise to get us to Canada and experience this amazing opportunity.
