Let's help a family cope with a tragedy

    Hi, we have decided to extend the final cut off date for donations until the end of August.

    A little while ago I noticed that the roof on Megan's Home is in need of repair and in some sections, possible replacement.

    The thought is to put any donations received in August towards this.

    I will pay the 5% donation fees.

    This means Megan will receive the full donation amount.

    I realise that there is a lot of financial pressure out there at the moment, far and wide.

    So please do not feel any pressure or obligation to donate.

    However if you can help it will be much appreciated.

  • A Huge Thank You

    Hi everyone; as I reflect on the tragic event that happened 12 months ago, I just wanted to thank each and every person that has supported Megan and her family in so many different ways, including financially with this Give a Little page. We don't know why these type of events happen and we can't question why, all we can do is rely on our faith, take comfort in knowing Wayne is in a better place. For those of you that have been praying for Megan , her family and for those of us present 12 months ago, a huge thanks, we have definitely felt supported. For those that recently helped out financially to allow Reece and his friend Alek to go on a Hillary Outdoors Camp, again, Thank You. I caught up with them both a couple of weeks ago and they were absolutely thrilled to have been able to experience this. The Camp was over 5 days and all sorts of out door activities along with team building and leadership skills. There are still many challenges ahead, but Thank You for helping in all the different ways. It has certainly been a huge help over the past 12 months.

    Today at a small Family gathering, a Memorial Plaque dedicated to Wayne was unveiled.

    Thank You all once again.

    We wish to express our heart felt gratitude for all who have donated to date. Many of you do not know Megan and Wayne. Over the next few days I would like to share some photos of the breath taking scenery of our recent trip as a small way to give back to each of you. Once again Thank you.
