Let's Help a Heartbroken Family
Aiden was only 12 years old. He fought a 19 month battle and now he has lost it. Let's do what we can to give him the funeral he deserves.

It's heartbreaking to watch a family go through the illness of a child. It's even more heartbreaking to watch him die.
Aiden was a real fighter. His illness, a form of Aplastic Anaemia, was one of the rarest the Doctors at Starship had ever seen. And yet for 19 months he founght it. He battled. And now he has lost his fight.
On Tuesday night, surrounded by people who loved him, he took his final breath.
Now we need to rally round and help the family as much as we can. For 19 months they have given up jobs to assist Aiden and have poured money into helping him.
The least we can do is help with funeral costs etc.

On February 27th, 2018, after a 19 month battle to a rare form of Aplastic Anaemia, brave little Aiden passed away. He was 12 years old. The family, as you can imagine, are heartbroken.
For the entire journey his family have been by his side, unable to hold down jobs as he needed full time care. Now they need our help more than ever.
