Please Help Chris Fight His 2 Types Of Cancer.
Chris needs his own car to take himself to appointments to help him fight his battle with Cancer.

Christopher (Chris) Johnson (Mr C) has cancer...not just one type...but TWO (Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia & Small Lymphatic Lymphoma) and has been fighting this fight for the last 12 years. Chris has endured Chemo 4 times and been in remission 4 times. This latest round he has just started will last for TWO years. There is no cure....but it is treatable when it flares up. What he goes through and his positivity on life about beating the odds and winning this battle just blows me away! So I want to do something to make his life a little easier.
His latest battle at the moment sees him going to the hospital every day for appointments, tests and treatment. Chris has no car and has been relying on others to pick him up and drop him home for quite some time.
I want to raise funds so we can buy Chris his very own car. Not only will it give Chris his independence, it also relieves the pressure off his beautiful wife Lisa, who juggles her life between work and getting Chris to the hospital.

I have known Chris and Lisa for a few years now and he is a very good friend. We both belong in the Elbow Room Winter League Pool Team (Our 'Framily').
Use of funds
All funds raised will be used to buy a car for Chris.

New Goal 27 June 2021
Chris has been offered to have a look at a car and the asking price is around $4,000 so have changed our goal to $4,000.
I know we can reach this goal!
