There is a long hard road ahead for Kristy and Thomas, we really need to at least help relieve financial burden while they fight.

Update from 11/12/2019:
Thank you for all your support in this page’s previous donations. We are reopening this page as now it is confirmed this is a grade 4 brain tumour (glioblastoma). Thomas’s surgery has left him disabled, requiring 24/7 care by his wife Kristy who is unable to work now and can receive no Carer benefit because they are married.
After just moving into their new home, they’ve had to quickly turn around and relocate to Auckland to be by his family. Funds will be going to continuing treatment, moving expenses, handicapped equipment like lift chairs & ramps, and physical therapy. Funds will also help living costs as Kristy is unable to work providing Thomas with 24/7 care.
Thanks for all your support and remember every dollar counts!

Thomas, Kristy and their family have had some terrible news recently. After 9 years of being cancer free, they have been given the horrible news that Thomas has another brain tumour. After an awake craniotomy, the surgeons were only able to remove 40% of the tumour as it was too close to specific functionality parts of the brain. This type of tumour is most likely a grade 3 or 4 and there are still so many unknown factors. There is a long journey ahead of treatment and recovery for him and we would like to ask your help to donate whatever you can, to take some of the financial burden from them whilst they move forward. Thomas is such an incredible person and his amazing wife Kristy has been Superwoman looking after him, we would really like to give them all the support we can and make this as easy as possible for everyone. Thanks for all your support and remember every dollar counts!
