Let's help support out amazing local cat rescue and the incredible work they do!

Waiuku Colony Cats Rescue is our amazing local cat rescue who help HUNDREDS of cats and kittens every year! They help and rescue cats in need all over the Franklin and sometimes greater Auckland area and could really do with some extra support!

This rescue could really do with some extra help with vet bills so I have set up this page in an attempt to support them. The costs involved in rescue are high, a healthy cat or kitten needs food, litter, flea and worm treatments, vaccinations and desexing...

But many rescue kitties come into care sick or injured and the vet bills just keep climbing. Often rescues are faced with heartbreaking descisions to make when there are not enough funds available to save everyone. Recently they have had kitties come into care with bad teeth, broken bones, damaged eyes and the list goes on and it would be awesome to be able to help some more kitties that need some extra TLC!!

The amazing Ally runs this incredible rescue and Waiuku Colony Cat Rescue is powered by a fantastic team of around 20 amazing volunteers, some who feed our colony cats, some who foster, some who help with trapping, and others who handle the much-needed admin work behind the scenes.
