Just a quick note that may help. Unfortunately I'm been in similar situation I was a truck driver that had a car deliberately run into the path of my truck got was diagnosed with PTSD and server tumour fought acc for months because I wasn't injured would accept my claim. Point being acc started paying me because of severe tumour maybe try that line of attack. Wish him luck he deserves it he pays taxes.
