Let's get Scout a name change!

$350 of $300 goal
Given by 11 generous donors in 8 weeks

I am Scout, and I am changing my name and gender marker to fit the gender I identify as.

Otago

My name is Scout, and I identify as genderfluid. This means I am not male or female, and instead fall in a completely different category. I currently experience distress and panic attacks in situations where I have to use my legal name - and the solution? I'm changing my name and gender marker!

Kia Ora friends and family  6 May 2015

I have chosen - almost for definite - my new name. Scout Barbour-Evans. My parents are picking a middle name for me, and I'm really excited to see what they come up with!

I started this fundraiser a few months back to try and cover the costs of my name change, and we're nearly there! But I still have $80 to raise.

I would really appreciate it if everyone, friends and family, shared the link to my givealittle page. Lets give this one last push!

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
