Bill Shearer has stage 4 cancer, let's give the family a hand to finish off the house

This amazing family needs our support urgently through yet another incomprehensible heartbreak.

Just two years ago Bill and Natalie lost their 2 1/2yr old son Marley in a traumatic accident. Determined to find a way through their devastating loss and create something positive from their experience, they moved out of Auckland and bought a beautiful piece of land in Maungaturoto with the goal of creating a retreat space where families in need can come to heal.

The property although very beautiful is very old and unloved and the first job was to restore the original homestead for Bill, Natalie and Ella to have somewhere to live. They spent the first 3 months living in a tent whilst working on the house and unfortunately not that far into the building project Bill became sick.

Bill has just been diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer, unfortunately already at stage 4. He is too unwell to complete the project himself and the family need your help. Bill needs the stress of the house taken away from him so that either when he is well again he can return to the land and the work will be done or if the worst comes to the worst he knows that Natalie and Ella have somewhere to live.
