Frankie went in a police car 🚓
Thanks to the awesome Rangiora Police we got a visit on New Years Day! Frankie and Oscar had a great time exploring the car and dressing up, even having a chance to do the lights and sirens!
Our next few missions include fun in the North Island and also a dolphin cruise in Akaroa - exciting times as always 💜♥️
What a way to spend out Sunday morning, and what a memory to have 🥰 the laughs and smiles wanting to go faster and more spins was something we will never forget. They all had such a blast I'm so so glad we had this on Frankie's list, it truly was just perfect 👌🏼
On our days out we're not just stopping at the things on our list we're always on the look out and thinking "have we actually done this as a 5 before".
More often we have done some things but always separately due to one parent and Frankie being unwell or in hospital or it was just to risky to mix with anyone out of our circle.
The other day we enjoyed a beautiful ride around Christchurch altogether on the tram, and also a play at Timezone.
Oscar has always been a firm Timezone fan but to see Charlie and Frankie enjoying the fun was lovely to cherish the smiles 😊
On Christmas Day, Frankie got on her bike and rode like a pro, she's working really hard on pedaling and strengthening her little legs, so for now she's very much enjoying being pushed around 🥰
We were due to do our kayaking experience in the beautiful Abel Tasman but the weather had other ideas!
So instead we went into the beautiful city of Christchurch and enjoyed our first family kayak on the river avon.
The kids absolutely loved it and Frankie sat still for most of it but I'm not going to lie if there were a few moments I thought we may be about to have a wee dip in the water! Thankfully it was a success and we all stayed dry 👌🏼

Feed a lamb or calf milk - may be a bit late in the year but can adapt to any farm animal
Overseas family holiday ✅ Gold Coast you were amazing
Play in the ocean ✅ too many beaches to name, loved everyone
Ride a rollercoaster ✅ We did a few at the Gold Coast theme parks
Have a birthday party ✅ we celebrated turning 6 in style

What a family event catching a fish was! Frankie, alongside her family and her auntie, uncle and cousins after a few attempts finally caught 3 beautiful salmon from Anatoki Salmon in Takaka. We managed to capture the final catch on video to share in our excitement 🥰
What a day we had making a very magical memory at the Santa Parade this year, with the help of Rangiora Promotions and Rangiora Toyota all 3 kids got to ride on the float with Santa!! 💫🤶🏼💫
It was such a cool experience for young and old and so happy, we definitely cherish days like these 🩷
Im not able to post a photo as there are other kiddies in them but Frankie did her first sports day at school 🏃🏼♀️which she absolutely loved, hearing the children and parents cheering her on was really quiet emotional and ever so kind.
She's been to a couple of A&P shows where she's obviously enjoyed all the rides and seeing the animals 🐄🐑🐓🐥
And a few people have mentioned "why don't you put horse riding on your list", well we say she's already a pro!! As we are so lucky to have been attending RDA both in Blenheim and Rangiora on a weekly basis since she was little ,🐴
Frankie also got given her amazing "Make a Wish" a couple of weeks ago, which is THE BEST playhouse. The kids are playing in it making awesome memories day & night, ever so grateful to everyone involved 🥰
We are doing a really super special memory day tomorrow which we'll leave as a surprise for now but will definitely share early next week 🤩

Frankie had her first ever birthday party at the weekend - (due to covid and sickness it hasn't been possible before) And what an awesome few hours it was 🥳🥳 She was up and down the inflatable course and slide, eating everything on offer, colouring pictures, had a beautiful rainbow face painted, grabbed heaps of lollies in the scramble and of course enjoyed cake!
She had an absolute blast with all her friends, big and small!! Who managed to come and celebrate. We are truly blessed and thankful for helping us make this happen ❤️

We have a couple more trips away planned to visit friends & family and also a week at the Ronald McDonald House retreat to treasure beautiful family time together 💛
We have been so so lucky with the generosity of you amazing people and also Child Cancer that we have made another holiday full of absolutely amazing memories for all of us to cherish. We're part way through a week down in beautiful Queenstown and will post a proper update of everything we managed to do later but for today we'd love to share our dare devil kiddies all enjoying the luge, all wanting more (even after 11 rides between them!) and all speed demons. They we're all so awesome and we are so so grateful for this amazing experience together, once again a massive thanks 💖

The Gold Coast in Oz is giving us plenty to do with a few things from Frankie's memories list getting ticked off here. The first has been 'Ride a rollercoaster' and Frankie and her siblings absolutely loved it. Frankie is known for her beautiful big smiles and this picture captured it perfectly 😍
We had an awesome memory making day tobaggoning up at Porters Lodge. Frankie and family had THE BEST day in the beautiful sunshine - huge smiles all round ☺️ thank you all so much 💖
