Community centre needs TLC!
Playcentre nuturing local families for over 50 years seeks donations for much needed upgrades
Te Puna, Bay Of Plenty
Te Puna playcentre has been nurturing young families in our community for more than 50 years. Unfortunately, enrolments have been down in recent years, and now some of our toys and play areas are starting to show major signs of wear and tear.
For example, our old playhouse has recently been removed as it was dark and spooky - and starting to fall apart! We are looking to fill the empty space with a mud kitchen, and also refresh various other play spaces and equipment, but have been declined a special grant for this purpose 😕
Please donate what you can to help keep our playcentre fun and fresh for our tamariki - and hopefully also encourage new enrolments!
