LOCKED OUT/IN FROM ACCESS AFTER 21 YEARS, PLEASE HELP

Hi, in 1998 we bought a home in the Far North, through a Real Estate Agent, a registered valuer and with a lawyer, and were told where our legal access was.

But it turns out nearly 21 years later, that it is not.

This year we have been locked in/out and may not have been told the truth about the property.

Unfortunately not long after moving ere, I started having medical events and had to give up my job and my partner became my carer. After 10 years I was diagnosed with MS and have also developed a rare syndrome that causes stroke like seizures.

The great Ambulance crew has been here many times, but can no longer reach the property, which is a massive worry.

There is a unformed legal road that can be put in, but unfortunately not working, and still with a mortgage, this is not a option for us. Even if we can get enough for a track through!

Turns out the professionals we trusted were in it together. The council has refused to help and the legal system just keeps on palming It off to another

We have no where else to go, and it is a good half a kilometer walk.

Please help us put us in a track!, so we can come and go as we should!
