Louise had her 3rd hernia op which she could not pay for; I gave her money I had saved to fly to her wedding in April, borrowing $1000.00

Louise had a bowel perforation at age 7, requiring surgery; since then she has had adhesions and two hernias. She was due for a 3rd hernia op on 5.1.15 but the govt. hospital told her she had a 90% chance of infection( very unsterile conditions). I borrowed money to add to the funds I had been saving to fly to her wedding on 25 April 2015, and paid for her surgery to be done in a private hospital. This ensured her survival to get married, but I have no money to attend, and owe $1000.00 as well.
I am involved because I am her mother, and will do what it takes to keep her alive. South Africa's health system is not good at all. She and her fiancée do not earn enough to pay the money required for private surgery. Her employer has now agreed to increase her salary to cover any future Hospitalisation she may require, as I cannot support her as well as my elderly, frail parents in South Africa.
