Our McLaren-Taana extended family had our hearts and lives shattered when our Enere, tragically lost his life on Thursday 23rd May 2024 at the Dunedin Bus Hub.
A Student at Trinity College, League Player for Otago Rugby League, Basketball Player for Trinity A's Basketball team, Rugby Player for Southern Rugby and a Dancer for Te Vaka Cook Island Community in Dunedin.
We thank you all for your love and support.
We extend our love back to you for your kindness.
We acknowledge we know our Chuppi's tragedy rocked more than our family and his close friends, and we feel that deep hurt with you all.
We have heard the many wants to contribute for Enere, and his family.
This is created to help us keep his memory alive.
We ask that you Show your LOVE. To yourself and to those around you. You are worthy, you are loved.
And if you feel alone and unloved at any time, then we express our love to you.
Remember the love we taught our Enere, as he shared his love to his closest confidante's. Be kind to one another, love each other, and hold your memories with our Enere close to your heart
