Lovely Ruby needs your help

Unfortunately after going to the surgeon for a final meet up before the operation it now seems that the surgery is more intensive than they first thought and the bill will now be $5 - $6K!!! So if you are able to please share this page with your friends that would be great. A little form many goes a long way for one person having to pay a lot.
