Lynx is doing very well. Starting to improve with getting around as a tripod cat. His amputation wound is healing well. He is off all medication. Onwards and upwards from here. Thankyou everyone for your support. It has meant the world to us. There is still no sign of my daughters cat Tinky Torty unfortunatly, but we are thankful we have Lynx to heal our hearts from the loss of Tink. He is our true miracle cat. 😺💖🙏🐈

Today Lynx had a check-up at the vets and he is a lot better. A lot of the bruising has faded, the wound is healing well, and his appetite is good. He is still on antibiotics and pain meds.

  • Update on Lynx (11/6/19)

The vets were unable to save his leg yesterday and have amputated as it was too shattered. He still has a high temperature and is fighting off infection. He hasn't eaten today and his wound is terrible - bruised and oozing. His broken sternum is expected to be ok as is. The vet costs so far is already at $1246.00 and he still isnt out of the woods yet. Lynx has check up appointments still to come - staple and stitch removals. Checkup for his pain patch this Thursday. We have been instructed to take him back to the vets if he doesnt eat tonight (he hasnt eaten yet).
