Wow what an amazing experience we are having! its so much more than just sailing. Meeting people from all around the world with a shared passion, learning how much it takes to create an event so big, and have it go well, and getting some great ideas how i can create a new level of awareness of these amazing boats, the massive support the company offer, and how i can offer the opportunity to the youth in NZ to experience this class, have them feel the aliveness and inspiration that comes with this type of boat, without having to have lots of money! Well we are well into the event now, Day 3 and we have had challenging days, Physically, mentally and emotoinally up against the best in the world!! Meeting world class competitors, learning from them, high wind speeds, mental battles giving up concern, fear and the overwhelm that fills you when it gets fast and furious!!!
