Maniaroa Marae Extension Cladding Replacement

$1,260 of $2,000 goal
Given by 4 generous donors in 11 weeks

Please help us to reach our goal so we can replace the cladding on the extension at Maniaroa Marae.

Nationwide

The cladding on the extension has been damaged by high winds and patched using plywood.

This is only a temporary fix and needs to be addressed asap to prevent water leaking into the wiring etc.

The cost to replace the cladding has been quoted at $2,000.00.

This is using a product called Magnum Board.

This product is 5 times stronger and half the price of any Hardies equivalent and has a fire rating of an hour, most importantly it is the correct thickness to fit under the existing barge board flashings at the top and behind the existing window frames meaning we won't have to pull the windows out to install the new cladding (saves a huge amount of work).

The labour and the necessary tools etc have been donated so we only need to fundraise for the cost of the cladding itself.

Please click on the links below for more information in Magnum Board.
