Good news! Current campaign closing!
16 September 2026
With great joy, I can announce that this Givealittle campaign is closing tomorrow as the goal of this campaign, launching the playgroup has been reached!
Ngā mihi nui to Te Awakairangi Lower Hutt City Council for their agreement to whangaia this kākano through to June 2027 with their community Kākano fund.
Whānau who attend will make a small contribution towards the overall cost of the playgroup and we will be doing some more fundraising to support our costs and build up to greater things in the future.
To our donors, thank you so much, your donations enabled me to run a free come-and try day for the community which went so well and led to quite a lot of interested whānau finding out about us.
If you’re on Facebook, find us there at Te Reo Tākaro or follow @Michaelakhulse on Mastodon for updates. More web presence will be coming soon.
