MAOTA: Fostering Growth and Empowering Aotearoa's Tamariki by Providing Essential School Resources and Support.

$100 of $25,000 goal
Given by 5 generous donors in over a year

Wrapping Aotearoa's schools and tamariki in a warm embrace of community support and care, one resource at a time.

Christchurch, Canterbury

Kia Ora! Welcome to MAOTA Charitable Trust. Founded in 2022 by Deborah Russell and our dedicated trustees, our dream is to support the education of tamariki in Canterbury's primary schools. For 2023 - we want to raise $25,000 to distribute amongst 10 deserving schools. Each school will receive $2,500, significantly easing the financial burden on families.

Here's how your generous donation can make a difference:

1️⃣ School Essentials: This includes everything from stationery, uniforms, learning devices to fees for school activities and camps.

2️⃣ Clothing: We provide season-appropriate clothing such as shoes, jackets, hats, gloves, and scarves.

3️⃣ Sports: Supporting our tamariki's active lifestyle, your donations help cover the costs of sports equipment, tournament fees, and travel.

Every single cent donated will be channeled into enhancing their education.

Planned use of funds:

1️⃣ Learning Resources: Investing in essential tools to foster learning and development.

2️⃣ Uniforms: Ensuring every tamariki has access to the appropriate school attire.

3️⃣ Stationery: Providing the basics like pens and notebooks that make schoolwork possible.

4️⃣ Seasonal Clothing: Keeping our tamariki warm and ready in every season.

5️⃣ Sports Fees: Encouraging sports participation through coverage of fees and provision of uniforms.

By donating, you're contributing to a brighter, better future for our tamariki. Help us make our dream for them a reality. Your generous support is much appreciated.
