Marlene and her family have exhausted their resources seeing reinstatement after she was unjustifiably suspended last year by Statutory Manager Peter MacDonald. They've already spent $70,000 on legal fees, plus $30,000 from the NZ Principals' Federation's insurance scheme and $30,000 pro bono funding from her law firm. Now Marlene has been dismissed and is going to court to seek reinstatement.
