The prime minister Jacinda replied to my email after reading my complaint, and then sent through to Andrew little directly, his office replied to me this morning and has contacted the ministry..hopefully this is progress enough to get an investigation underway into my massive privacy breach and mis-conduct and malpractice if you will. also the HDC have opted to re-look at my complaint and will be back to me next week. I still need a lawyer as I still want to take the practice to court for every single cent Ive spent there being doctored on almost no notes and another womans results...
well my second copy of notes requested from my provider differ from the first. in no way has she provided me with data logs, more like data spread sheets she has made up. in the second set of notes she has left out information. I find this fraudulent. I am getting help with a letter to the hdc this week to get the ball rolling with complaint. the privacy commission have said because it was so long ago they will not investigate, my complaint may have been to short.? How do you write 10yrs of misleading doctoring? hopefully patrick gower answers my emails or channel 1 decide this is worth taking to air as i feel very trapped. I am lucky to have had the ladys at the hospital records department give me the name of a man who can analyze the data i have that support the issue of misconduct and malpractice and help get some clarity on the next step forward. I hope to travel to blenheim next week to handover documents.
