Help Michelle attend the 2025 World Axe throwing Championships in Wisconsin, USA

My name is Michelle from Wellington NZ

I will be attending the World Axe Throwing and World Knife Throwing World Championship April 3-6 Wisconsin USA with my Duals partner, I am so excited to be one of the team representing New Zealand.

I attended the event in 2024 in Tulsa Oklahoma where I learnt a lot so am ready to get back over there and try again.

Me attending is reliant on having the funds to go! So all donations are warmly received.

This will mark the 8th World Axe Throwing Championship and the 4th World Knife Throwing Championship. Over 380 throwers from all over the world will be battling it out for the title of champion in 4 different disciplines. The finalists will compete on ESPN.

* I've been throwing axes competitively since 2020 originally joining a league in the Gold Coast then moving home to NZ and joining a league here.

* I compete in the World Axe Throwing League, which comprises more than 350 axe throwing venues and over 10,000 active throwers around the world

I think residents in New Zealand would be thrilled to know about their representation at the World Axe & Knife Throwing Championships.

I am unfortunately in a position where my attendance is reliant on getting the funds together. I would love anyone that can chip in and get me there. The fundraised money will cover flight, accommodation, a new axe, training costs and general expenses getting there (approx $10k). This fundraiser will go towards me. Doesn’t matter how big or small, your support means alot.
