Kylie asks
Hi, my name is Kylie and I am so sorry to hear about Mikes Diagnosis.
I work for a charity called TimeOut. We connecting generous holiday homeowners all around the country who are willing to donate a stay to a person diagnosed with a terminal illness so that they can connect & make special memories with family & friends.
TimeOut stays are on hold in the North Island, but we are still able to facilitate them in the South Island. We are still taking applications for the North Island and have a waitlist in place so that we can start organising our stays again as soon as we are able.
If this family are interested in applying or just want to find out more, we would love so assist. They can apply online at www.timeoutnz.org or email info@timeoutnz.org with any questions.

Therese asks
Hi Leigh, we have a house in Arrowtown, 15 minutes from Coronet Peak, that we’d like to offer free to Mike and his family so that he can come and touch the snow. It’s ideal for big family groups and sleeps up to 10 people. Some dates are already booked but there’s still plenty of availability. Let me know if he’s interested and I’ll send through the Airbnb link so he can see available dates and sleeping configurations. Thanks, Therese

Hi Therese
My most humble apologies - I have just seen you generous offer. Thank you so much. It actually bought tears to my eyes!
I will forward it on to Tash, however they have had to cut their trip short due to lock down so not sure if they will have time to fit it in.
Once again thank you Therese.
