Mike Avery is a loved Husband, Father and Step-Father. He is only fifty-two years of age and has recently been diagnosed with stage four cancer.
This is a fairly rare strand and has yet to be labelled. Although they are unsure of what particular type of cancer this is, Mike has been given only 8 weeks to live, if it goes untreated.
The treatment options that Mike requires are not funded in New Zealand and are only offered at a high price.
We are raising money for Mike to receive the treatment he needs in order to have a chance at life. Please find it in your hearts to donate to our cause, as we are not ready to lose this special man.
