      27 April 2013

Thanks so much for your donations everyone - Mike A, Oli (see you guys over there), Adrian (everyone should read his book avaliable on Amazon - (Overlords of K Street)), J&J (hope to see you guys next year, Miriam maybe this year!?). Latest blog post is up at http://cuzbro.me/ - Before training with a common cold you need to follow the basic rule of thumb ? are the symptoms above or below the neck. Below the neck, donft train, above the neck continue to train but with less intensity. Yes we all have colds in our household at the moment and yes they all seem to be below the neck ? ie chesty colds. At night, all you can hear is a symphony of coughing from Sam, Miriam, and myself. This symphony doesnft emulate one of the most popular and best-known compositions in classical music, and one of the most frequently played symphonies of all timec..continue reading at: http://cuzbro.me/2013/04/27/the-above-or-below-rule/

  • Background - thanks for your donations!

      29 March 2013

Hi all, thanks for visiting this page. Help me get to London to achieve my goal of representing New Zealand at the ITU World Triathlon Champs. I am a relative new-comer to triathlons but I have recently managed to qualify to represent NZ in my age group at the World Champs in London. I am working hard to raise the funds to get me there, in between training, working full time and raising my beautiful two year old daughter. I started triathlons in November 2012 and was back in the pool for the first time in 20 years last August, so I was stoked (to say the least) to find out that I recently qualified to represent New Zealand for my age group at the ITU World Triathlon champs in London in September 2013.? Part of accepting this great opportunity is that I have to pay the full costs involved in attending and competing at this event. And to help pay my way I have set up this page. If you have a spare $5, $10, $20 or more that you would like to donate to help get me to London, I would appreciate it greatly. The money will go towards the overall costs of getting to London (including the bike), paying for entry fees and the international race license, and other logistics and accommodation. Those that know me, know that I am easy going but very competitive when it comes to entering sporting events, so I will be ready for this event in September and will give it 110% representing my country, New Zealand. Thanks again for any donations. Also the opportunity for sponsorship: If you know of anyone that would like their names (business names etc) on a bike or the New Zealand uniform I will be wearing please email me at orbzuc@hotmail.com and will will send details. Much appreciated. I will do your brand proud in London. Check the images section for my letter of support from TriNZ.
