Mobility For Crippled Veteran

I am a Mala/Borneo Veteran, and I suffer from numerous injuries, most of which were as a consequence to my military service. They include spinal injuries, and a number of other skeletal issues. I have just one kidney, and the remaining one is highly susceptible to the development of stones, and when blocked, constitutes full kidney failure. I am also diabetic which restricts opportunities for normal surgery, and have no cartliges in either, and cannot have a reconstruction. I have breathing problems and am deaf, and effectively crippled to the extent that I can't stand for more than a few minutes at a time, nor walk for more than a few yards. I am at a stage now, where it is physically impossible for me to make appointments (on average1 per week) at Auckland's hospitals, and I really need some help with mobility to ensure I get the best opportunities for improved health.
