Funding for Lock Docking System for Mobility Vehicle

Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty

My daughter has a powered wheel chair which I (her Mum) have to secure in the van-manually which is fixed to the floor by seatbelt strappings with hooks that hook into the chair.

I have to get on my hands and knees to be able to do this each time the chair goes in and out the van which with my back and hands i cannot do!

I am now 71 years old and have back and hand issues. (Doctors verification)

These problems are preventing me from being able to fix the chair in and out of the van.

I am unable to get funding as funding for disabled people have been cut by the government.

I need an automatic locking system (EZ Lock Docking System) fitted so Michelle can be hoisted into the van and drive her chair straight in and it automatically locks in.
