To help a strugling family who need all the support

Nationwide

This is a page we have set up to help a deserving strong amazing family in need. These people have done nothing but help others and now it's our turn to help them. Without going into to much detail this is a page set up to help a family who was hit by a drunk driver wich has caused alot of pain. They were 30 weeks pregnant when a drunk driver struck them head on. That caused the mother to have a emergency cesarean wich the baby is now fighting for his life in Wellington to stay alive. They all received injuries and now is a great time for us to help them out. They nearly lost everything and we need the community to help to show them we are here for support. Dont want to go into to much detail but please please help this well deserving family out. We are receiving some money to help pay for the service, however, I am unsure on what the amount is at this stage.

RIP LOCHIE 30-04-2018--05-05-2018  7 May 2018

UPDATE. As you all know there was a tragic accident where a loving couple who were 30 weeks pregnant were hit head on by a careless speeding driver. as a result of this they all recieved injuries aswell as an emergency ceserean at 30 weeks pregnant were they were all taken to welington hospital all on different days as they had to due to there injuries. LOCHIE was flown the next day to wellington hospital where he was left with tubes to help him breath as he suffered a brain injury due to being hit head on by a careless wreckless driver. Jared suffered a broken sternum wich held him up at nelson as he was uable to fly straight away to be there with his boy for another day.Baby lochie was in critical condition for 5 days and then unfortunately took a turn for the worse on saturday which resulted in his brain shutting down. Both Jared and ashleigh were put in a horrible situation when it came to turning off the life support. Sadly baby Lochie passed away at 11.15pm. This has left them lost and broken with only a litte bit of help from acc. This couple did not deserve any of this and they need all the help they can get. They are the most caring helpful and kind people who would never think twice about helping others so im begging you as a community to PLEASE PLEASE help these amazing people out. We thank you, to all those people who have been here for support and for the donations. We are so happy to have such a caring group of people at this horrible sad time.

We have just seen news of your tragic event and our hearts go out to both of you! Grant (Harry's Dad) was hit head on by a drunk driver many years ago and broke his back, we know first hand how cruel and useless the justice system is. Hang in there guys and know we are thinking of you. Hope to see you guys again at the track sometime! xx
