Mum passed last week after long battle with cancer leaving 5 children, one with special needs

Lili Tofaeono passed away a few weeks ago after her second battle with breast cancer. She has left behind a devastated family including her husband Taufesala Loto and their 5 children, one who has serious special needs. The family are struggling with their grief, but also with poverty and have come to our attention through receiving food parcels through the South Auckland Christian Foodbank recently and also several years ago during Lili’s first cancer journey. Losing a Wife and Mum is shattering to a family at any time, but when you are in a situation where there is not enough food for your family it is a desperate place to be.
