Sophie Anderson’s tiny homes destroyed by Muriwai Landslide.

At last Sophie had a dream place to live - plenty of room for her 3 tiny houses, plenty of space for a garden, beautiful trees surrounding them, a small community to be part of, sharing the space beside Muriwai Lodge…..after so much searching her dream came true.

Then came cyclone Gabriel with its winds and rain and down came the landslides wiping out all of Sophie’s home. Everything!

Now Sophie and her little dog Ruby, have nothing - nowhere to live , no possessions, no insurance. Because on the Red sticker zone she was unable to know the fate of her home until just days ago.

She is a person who gives all the time - massages, gardening, tree planting, working in the community nursery, giving her love, passion and time selflessly.

Now we have a chance to return some of that love, to show how much we appreciate and love her by giving a little .
