    On Saturday I took Bailey to the emergency vets as I was concerned with the level of swelling in his chest however they said this was ok and to let the medication do its job. Yesturday we went back to the vets for a follow up appointment with our regular vet. The vet said things were healing well and alot of swelling had come down, wounds were also healing well. Today we woke up to bloody everywhere and he had somehow made one of the wounds bleed. However they are ok and have stopped bleeding

  • Baileys Road to recovery

    Bailey is looking a wee bit better today. Still doesnt want to lay down and still very worried about his surroundings. We have replaced his food bowl as the metal one was making a noise on the tiles and he didnt like it. Today he wont stop shaking so I'm off to find him a coat of some sort. Chest is still very swollen but has come down from yesterday. Elbows are still very swollen. His wounds look as if they are healing well. He has started trying to clean himself in a very awkward kind of way lol He is still a very unhappy sad puppy and its breaking my heart to see him like this. Thank you so very much for all your love an support you have no idea how much this means to us
