My family need help please

Our lovely Arabic family was devastated yesterday by losing everything in a house fire in Melville, Hamilton.
I was living at this house with my family when I first moved to New Zealand. I had moved out and was not living here anymore but a lot of my belongings were still there and have been lost.
Unfortunately we have not contents insurance, we believe from what we know this was an electrical fire,.
Any help is gratefully appreciated.
