It pains me to write this as I don't wish this upon anybody, however, I am writing this on behalf of my little sister and her little family. My neice & nephew aged 7 & 3.

Lastnight 21/02/2024, a terrible accident occurred where an electrical fire destroyed my sisters home along with their car, work gears and ALL belongings. Fortunately they are all safe but they are all shaken from this traumatic incident. Having lost absolutely everything, we as a whānau wanted to create this Givealittle page to try and give back to a family in need, a family who has always given and served our people, whānau and community.

Unfortunately, she did not have insurance.

Any koha would be greatly appreciated and will go towards rebuilding what was lost for them & their tamariki.

I just want to let you all know how grateful we are for all the love and kindness shown towards helping my sister and her beautiful whānau get back on their feet after the tragic incident that took place a few weeks ago. We are truly humbled by everyone's koha/donation. Today is the last day for koha to be given. I didn't think it would take off so far but with all ur beautiful messages and shares, my sister has been blessed with more than we imagined. Thnkyou all from the bottom of our hearts.
