This page is set up on behalf of Myka, who has had a workplace accident.

Canterbury

Myka whent to work doing what he loves, building. Unfortunately Myka has had a accident falling two stories, breaking ribs, hip, facial bones, puncturing his lung and with brain trauma.

I am asking for donations to help ease the financial pressures so Mykas family can take time off in these first few critical days.

Thank you for your help.

So overnight Myka's been put on another sedative, he's now on 4 different sedatives to keep him in a quiet space. He tried breathing on his own, which of course he can't with the breathing tube in, so that distressed him a bit. They're keeping him quiet today with as little stimulus as possible, and then tomorrow, hes getting an ECG to check his brain activity. They'll reduce the sedation and do testing again as well. He's working hard to get back to us, as we knew he would 🙏❤️, but don't stop the prayers, he's not out the woods yet 🥰
