Nearly Homeless

Kia Ora,

I am renting a house I cannot afford so am behind in the rent, my financial situation changed unexpectedly and as such I've gone on the social housing register. To top it off I've found a lump in my cats stomach.

I'm trying so hard to find a full time job but it is extremely hard at 48. Even with a degree. A diploma. A good CV. I have three pets: a Goldador and two ragdoll cats. I refuse to rehome them as they are cherished family members, I would be heartbroken. I'm hoping for brighter days where myself and my pets can feel secure.

I'm needing help staying on top of my rent until I get into social housing. My dream would be to own or co-own a place, nothing fancy, just somewhere I can call home. As a creative writer the stress of my living situation has taken me away from that.
