Any amount you can donate now will help us with the purchase of warm bedding for those in need.

The Blanket Bank is a New Brighton Project initiative and was founded in 2012.
It is a project of giving and receiving, free from judgement, which relies on donations of warm bedding from the public.
In 2020 we gave out hundreds of items to support keeping whānau warm right across Ōtautahi.
Many Christchurch homes are still insufficiently insulated and the cost of heating is not going down. We are committed to removing barriers to whānau ora (family health and wellbeing) for all.
With your donations we can purchase blankets, duvets etc to help us keep up with requests.
