Prison Care Ministries have a lease for new office space. We will have plenty of room to continue job club, counselling and a small gym for our men in our support houses.
Given we are going from 20 square meters to100 our outgoings have more than tripled and we are needing to fundraise..
Prison Care Ministries' involvement (page creator)
Prison Care Ministries staff and volunteers provide supportive accommodation and support to men on their release from prison. Role is to reintegrate and rehabilitate men back into the community and their family.
About us
We provide support accommodation for released prisoners until they are ready to find their own place or move in with family. On release, the focus is getting them set up with the likes of W&I, a bank and a doctor. From there we provide a wrap around service involving professional counselling and mentoring and walking alongside them as they seek employment and find accommodation. Our personalized service leads to a high rate of successful outcomes.
PCM is a Christian ministry but is tolerant, sensitive and supportive of people of other religions and culture.
Use of funds
Funds will be used to cover extra expenses - rental and outgoings.
