Nicky needs help

Hello I'm doing this to help my mum raise money for her dog phenix he's such a bubbly 3 year old dog who has torn his ligament and doesn't understand what rest is he helps mum with her anxiety just trying to help my mum and her dog vet has quoted 4500 approx he needs this as he's a very active dog and is in a bit of pain walking even on pain medication mum suffers multiple things and he is her support pup not just that he's family we are trying to do as much as we can any help would be greatly appreciated
