Kia’Ora My name is Nixon and for the last 2.5 years I have been growing my hair.

I really love having long hair and being different from everyone else but I have decided to shave my hair to raise money for the Child Haemotology Oncology Centre in Christchurch Hospital because I just want to help them help the children and families that spend so much time there like My Uncle Jock and my friends Octavier, Super Dan and Nora did.

I hate having to know that kids in our world are dying from cancer and it scares me so much.

So I want to help CHOC with some money they can use anyway they think is best to help children and their families that are there.

I am Nixon’s Mum He is shaving his hair, He really wants the money to directly benefit Child Haemotology Oncology Centre in Christchurch Hospital so they can use it as needed to make children and families stays a wee bit less stressful where possible.

Use of funds

For CHOC to use as needed to help make children’s and their families stays a bit less stressful. It could be toys, devices or even food vouchers for the parents.

Dreads for Nixon 27 September 2020

Yay I finally talked mum into letting me have dreads, she gave me some tonight so for the last 4 days of having my hair I have dreads 😊

On Thursday Taives and I will be shaving our heads and I’m getting really excited to see Taives but really nervous about shaving my hair.

On Friday we are going to meet the charge nurse at CHOC and give her all the money we have raised, the money from this page and the money that Taives’s Mum raises doing a raffle at this stage we are on track to be dropping off atleast $2000 to the CHOC ward to help them make a difference where the need is ❤️
