NRG house - funded home for 1st home buyer

I have designed a simple 128m2, 3 bedroom, energy efficient prototype house design that would suit a rural lifestyle block or residential town/city sites of 450m2

(under Mixed Housing suburban, can have 3 houses on a 900m2 section without a resource consent).

I have already talked to different banks ASB and Kiwibank they like the idea of putting an energy efficient, sustainable home across to prospective first home buyers.

Also the next funding I will do will be for this first homebuyer family who earns under $100k a year and funds raised will be straight to them to reduce the cost of their first home build cost for this cost effective design.

I have been doing this for free for 6 months, designing and marketing the idea with product reps.

There is a possibility and I have put up an idea to out there for Showhome with product suppliers or banks endorsement on the outskirts of Westgate, but this is just an idea at this stage. I want to get traction with a first home buyer first.

I have designed 3 designs already, just need funds to do working drawings - so can lodge for building consent, when land is available and first home buyer is ready and lined up through the bank first home lending team.
