PS: Has the NZ Embassy in the US or the Consulate in St Louis been approached for assistance especially for putting a case forward to MIQ. They normally cannot give monetary assistance but moral support at the very least.

Thank you for helping Glenys in her horrific circumstances - we cannot stop thinking about her predicament and MIQ’s stance is incredibly bizzare! We have lived in the US and are aware of the cost of healthcare without insurance so can fully understand the stress she is experiencing right now. Has a monetary goal been set? Sometimes if a figure is made known it can be an incentive for people to make sure the target is reached. Thank you once again.

We haven't set a target yet, particularly because we are grateful for any amount received but also because when I set the page up we had no idea of what Glenys' extra costa were likely to be. Depending on how long it is before we can bring Glenys home, we may look at a goal amount. Thank you once again for your generosity!
